Video Preview Requests

We have done our best to make it very easy for you to preview a video.

• You can preview full versions of our videos free of charge. The previews are just like the original version except that the sentence "It is illegal to use this preview video for training" scrolls across the bottom of the frame.

• Request a VHS preview tape by calling 781-398-9700 or by placing an "order" on our web site for the tape (just click on the link "Order Preview" at the upper right). There is no charge, but we will hold your credit card information and will charge $50 to you only if you do not return the video within 30 days.

• You can request a no-hassle extension beyond 30 days if you need to keep the preview longer.

• Shipping by UPS Ground is free. If you require expedited shipping, you must call us to make your request instead of placing your order on our web site. A variety of expedited shipping options are available and do require your payment.

• Although there is no obligation to make a purchase, we do ask that you request a preview only if you have a legitimate interest in buying.
