Alan J. Slobodnik, co-founder and principal of Options for Change, has thirty years’ experience in making change happen. Mr. Slobodnik and his wife, Deborah, “married” state-of-the-art systems thinking from family therapy with current organizational development theory to create a dynamic and practical method for intervening in human systems on the behavioral level.

Welcome to the discussion forum on "Taking the Teeth Out of Team Traps." The 12 Team Traps we have identified are based on empirical research on over 400 teams. We measure them with an online Process Check as part of the FASTEAMS Team Performance System. CLDs of the traps (created by Kris Wile, Dave Packer and myself) are available. I would be interested to hear if any of the traps particularly strike home, or if there is another, more presssing teamwork issue you are facing.
