Hotel Accommodations
The conference will be held at the Westin Seattle, 1900 Fifth Avenue, Seattle, Washington, 98101. To make reservations, please call the Westin Seattle directly at (206) 728-1000. Special room rates are available to attendees as long as space exists in the room block and reservations are made prior to October 10, 2009. Please identify yourself as a Pegasus Conference attendee when booking a room.
Travel Arrangements
The conference location is convenient to the Seattle-Tacoma Airport and is easily accessible by car, taxi, or shuttle bus. For shuttle bus transportation from the Seattle-Tacoma Airport, we recommend the Downtown Airporter from the Seattle-Tacoma Airport. Please visit their website for more information. Amtrak stops at King Street Station, which is about one mile south of the hotel.
Driving Directions to the Westin Seattle
From Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (approximate distance to the hotel is 15 miles):
- Take I-5 North.
- Turn left at Exit 165 for Seneca Street.
- Turn right onto 6th Avenue.
- The hotel is located on the left just past Stewart Street.
