Connected — An Introductory Session for Teams and Individuals
Sunday, November 12, 7:30-9:00 pm
Join the community of conference participants on Sunday evening to set the
stage for your inspired involvement. Explore the conference theme, enjoy conversations
with other participants, and embrace our common interests and power for creating
a positive future. Groups participating in the Teams Program can connect with
a coach who will assist them throughout the conference. The session is designed
to enhance the learning experience so that you can:
Facilitators:
Charles Alday is the founder and principal consultant
with Alday Consulting Services, Inc. He launched the firm in 2005 after a
successful career in private industry. The company enables organizations to
achieve operational excellence by improving performance, building learning
cultures, and implementing systemic solutions. Charles serves clients by practicing
what matters at work and in life.
Jen
Hunter is a master facilitator who has, for over eleven years,
focused her passion and her work on ensuring that strong human process is
combined with organizational strategy to produce real and sustainable results.
Jen is a member of the Board of Directors of the Appalachian Trail Conservancy
(ATC) and leads the Pegasus Conference Team Program. Her energy and creativity
serve organizations and leaders who seek to understand, appreciate and tap
into the collective wisdom of their system. She is the founder of The Learning
Catalyst.
Michelle
M. Boos-Stone is an experienced organizational development consultant
and Founder/Principal of Gecko Graphics. She uses a variety of graphic facilitation
techniques to help organizations create shared vision, develop strategy, and
implement culture change initiatives. In her manager and executive training
sessions, Michelle transforms ideas and concepts into a powerful blend of
images, words and key icons to help stimulate learners to better see, understand,
and synthesize processes and interrelationships.
