Systems Thinking in Action®

more restaurants, entertainment venues, and cultural attractions
than any other city in the Southeast-all within 10 minutes
of downtownthis diverse and stimulating metropolis provides
the perfect backdrop for the conference.

new domestic and international connections during prime departure

What
Makes Atlanta Unique?
Perhaps it's the Martin Luther King, Jr., National Historic
Site, where the great civil rights leader was born and lived.
Possibly it's Turner Field, the new "home to the Braves"
that opened in 1997 and has quickly become the benchmark for
future baseball park design. Or maybe it's the Coca-Cola Museum,
the three-story pavilion encompassing the rich 110-year history
of the soft-drink legend. All these sitesand moreare
compelling landmarks you can choose to explore and visit during
your stay.
Stellar
Food and Nightlife
We think Atlanta's appeal lies in the delicious restaurants
peppering Buckhead and other metro neighborhoods. Pitty Pat's
Porch offers gourmet Southern cuisine; Nava is always buzzing
and serves an original seafood menu with Southwestern spices;
Maggiano's Little Italy provides romance as well as "family
style" tasty dinners. Atlanta's nightclubs also offer
pizzazz: Dante's Down the Hatch, with pirate-ship decor, performs
live jazz and pop standards nightly, and Sanctuary is one
of Atlanta's oldestand hottestLatin nightclubs
(free salsa lessons at 8:00 pm!).
